JPL Update as of 10/23/19

This is the current 3D model of the device we are using to launch the ping pong balls.

We have been working on this design for quite

a while and this is our most recent version.

We have two different pipes and right now

we are searching for a piece to connect the

two of them that will be at an appropriate

angle. We have been working for a base for

our pipes which we decided will be two

pieces of wood bolted together at the top

and with a string at the bottom. I have

helped cut and drill the wood for these

bases. Here is an image of one.

Our Idea for our path is to have one pipe

going up and another attached to it going

down right into the mason jar. We tried to

have a path going right into the mason jar

to see if it would work and it did.
